The Town has put up a link on Banff.ca seeking comments & feedback from the community on the proposal for outdoor sidewalk seating.

Banff Heritage Tourism has provided us with promotional materials regarding both the upcoming Banff’s Best program on May 13th at Banff Town Hall, 10:00 am to 12:00 noon and the “Celebration of Banff Heritage” Heritage Awards night on Thursday, May 15th, 6:00 to 8:00 pm, at the Whyte Museum.
Grant Canning, Exec. Director of Banff Heritage Tourism states that “At this time of year I’m hoping most of the small businesses are hiring seasonal staff and this program is such a great way to teach them about where they’re living, etc. Along the same lines, hopefully the managers/owners will see value in sending their staff. We have confirmed the Council Chambers in town hall and MPHIA has booked an intrepreter/facilitator to run the seminar. All is ready to roll.”
