    If I understand this correctly, visitors are going to hop off the bus with a voucher that they have to return to the Town for reimbursement.

    Questions to Retailers -
    What do you think about accepting the vouchers as cash? You could then redeem them at the Town for face value.

    Do you think transit users should be required to buy something in order to redeem the voucher?

    Would you be willing to offer an added bonus to transit users as an incentive to enter your store?
